Cancellation policies
We understand that sometimes plans need to be changed or unforeseen circumstances occur. The Event Cancellation Policy is applicable for the TRE® Global Gathering.
*Please note that the Event Cancellation Policy is separate from the hotel cancellation policy. Since you will be booking your food and accommodation directly with the hotel, you must also cancel these yourself directly with the hotel. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to read the hotel cancellation policy.

**We recommend buying trip cancellation insurance to ensure you can get your money back if you need to cancel your flight due to unforeseen circumstances or if the event is cancelled.
Event Cancellation policy

90 % refund -
Between October 23rd - December 22nd
50% refund -
December 23rd or later
No refund *

You may also transfer your spot to a person that meets the requirements for attending if needed within the 60 days prior to the event. (If there is a waiting list, the event organisers may be able to find you a replacement).​
