Attending the event
The payment will be divided in two: the event fee is paid to the organising team, and the accommodation and or food is paid directly to the hotel (for the hotel, reservation by credit card to start, to be paid fully a few weeks prior to the event).

Event fee does not include:

travel to/from the hotel, alcoholic beverages, spa-treatments or additional services in the hotel rooms or the hotel area.

NOTE! There is an option to add a 3rd person to the double room, however the price difference per person will only be approx. USD 70 for the whole week.

OPTIONAL ROOM UPGRADE: If you'd like a bit more luxury, there is an option to book a more exclusive room. Additional room options are Superior, Junior and Suite, with an additional cost between USD 50 - 500 depending on room type and if for single use or shared room.

A famous restaurant with great food and music to have the experience of the Colombian night life, only a 15 minutes walk from the hotel where the event will be hosted. Maybe you are up for some dancing?

After signing up for the event, you will receive a contact email to reserve your room.

If you would like a shared room, please let the hotel know who you are going to share it with. They will need you to confirm your reservation with a credit card number.
If you don't have anyone to share with but would still like to have a shared room, as we get closer to the event, the TGG team will be happy to help you find someone suitable.

Please know that staying at the hotel is not optional for this event. Partaking in the gathering means staying together in the same venue, and sharing all meals.
