If you would like a shared room, please let the hotel know who you are going to share it with. They will need you to confirm your reservation with a credit card number.
If you don't have anyone to share with but would still like to have a shared room, as we get closer to the event, the TGG team will be happy to help you find someone suitable. Please know that booking of the room is essential as it's subject to availability.

Please know that staying at the hotel is not optional for this event. Partaking in the gathering means staying together in the same venue, and sharing all meals.
